Using this Giving Form, you may enter the amount you would like to contribute; then use the black triangles to see the drop-down menus. 

Select which church 'Fund' you would like your contribution to support; select how frequently you would like to give (or if this is a one-time gift); then select whether you would like to 'Give by Credit/Debit Card,' or 'Give by ACH Bank Transfer.'  You may give to the Monday Community Lunch or the Community Pouch, make a payment on your 2024-25 pledge, or simply support UCM by selecting "Unpledged Giving". You may give to multiple church funds by clicking, 'add gift to another fund' directly underneath this drop-down menu.
